Housing Options is a housing advisory service for people with learning disabilities, their families and their supporters. For more information about the organisation see the About Us page. The Housing Options website is a comprehensive source of information about housing and related issues for people with learning disabilities. There are a range of Factsheets and Quick Briefs that provide families and professionals with technical information about housing. We also have many Publications written by advisors and members of Housing Options and other Resources that are available to download.

There is also a Housing Options Easy Read website. The Easy Read pages give an overview and introduce some of the basics about housing for people with learning disabilities - these pages have pictures and sound to make them easier to understand.

As well as our website and free advice service, we can offer help with individual housing plans - download the HOP Information SheetPDF | Size: 62 KB.

Our advisors are all experts in their fields and can offer consultancy on such matters as:

Individual Housing Option planning
Organising and contributing to workshops and conferences
Tailor-made training for service providers and local authorities etc
Help with benefit appeals and tribunal representation
Help with housing-related 'accidents and emergencies'
